LANL Workers vent through Blog

Los Alamos National Lab employees have started a blog to vent their frustrations with the lab and its administration:

"Many of the mostly anonymous Los Alamos National Laboratory employees who post to "LANL: The Real Story" take aim on work conditions and perceived weak morale at the federal lab. Others are bent on ridiculing, and perhaps sinking, their boss, Director Pete Nanos."

Whatever its effect, the blog that debuted in December has become a lively public forum for current and former Los Alamos workers, who share articles, gripes, rumors and observations." - Santa Fe New Mexican

Baca Street Conoco Station Offering Biodiesel and other alternative fuels

The Conoco gas station at Baca Street in Santa Fe recently added a second alternative fuel pump, offering B20 Biodiesel, E10 Ethanol and E85 Ethanol. These are the first multi-alternative fuel pumps in the US!

I've been using biodiesel in my Golf TDI for almost a year now and think it's the perfect alternative fuel. Not only can I run my car on vegetable oil, but it's cleaner burning and I get 45+ miles per gallon.
