Sodizin Ceremony Mt. Taylor Documentary World Premiere April 2nd and 3rd!

Grandfather Martinez, Navajo Elder

On May 8th, 2004 Grandfather Martinez and Leon Secatero of the Navajo/Dine people held a traditional healing ceremony for mother earth on Mount Taylor near Grants, NM. This ceremony was coordinated with other ceremonies around the western United States with the purpose of "correcting" the energy alignments of the earth with particular attention to the "imbalance" in the super volcanic caldera at Yellowstone in Wyoming. The Sodizin ceremony sought to correct this imbalance by shifting the energy in the planet in a healing fashion. The ceremony was filmed by Sagebrush Productions and made into a documentary. For the first time, this documentary can be viewed by the public on April 2nd and 3rd in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. The documentary is FREE and the public is invited, although donations will be accepted with all proceeds going to the Red Mountain Cultural Healing Center.
